We are licensed by the state of Washington, and your treatment may be reimbursed in part by your insurance. We are paneled by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Premera, FirstChoice, Aetna, and Cigna. Insurance Reimbursement Statements are provided for out of network insurances.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards and venmo only. (No personal checks, please.)
